What You'll Do
As a
Customer Services Coordinator
, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our clients rely on. You'll:
* Provide engaging support via phone, email, live chat, and our ticket system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when needed.
* Deliver training to new and existing customers (onsite and online).
* Keep documentation up to date and share best practices.
* Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a customer-facing support role.
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
* Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; CMS/CRM experience a plus).
* Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and work independently.
* A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning.
Bonus Points For:
* Knowledge of student organisations or the Higher Education sector.
* Experience delivering training.
