* Liaise with clients in a professional manner to ensure timely payment of outstanding bills.
* Regularly check and respond to emails, messages and calls from clients and colleagues.
* Process telephone payments through the Company payment system.
* Produce and send out final notice letters.
* Process surcharges for outstanding final notices.
* Negotiate payment plans.
* Maintain financial records and send accounts to third parties.
* Resolve customer complaints.
* Write back credits and write off payments where necessary.
* Maintain an efficient working relationship with the insurance team to identify where costs need to be recovered.
