Your Responsibilities
* Provide professional and friendly support to residents, visitors, and contractors in person, over the phone, and via email
* Assist with apartment viewings and support the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, inventories, and utility registrations efficiently
* Help maintain communal areas and coordinate reactive maintenance requests
* Support resident engagement through events, feedback collection, and community initiatives
