Following an epic funding round led by leading PE backers, they are looking for a Business Development Associate to join the team who will play a crucial role in further driving the expansion of the business in Europe and the US.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage potential partners in pharma, biotech, and MedTech
* Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure with internal team support.
* Contribute to strategic planning through market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment.
* Represent the company at industry events to build relationships and uncover new commercial opportunities.
Requirements:
* Life Sciences academic background, ideally with experience in business development/sales/customer service
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* A problem solver with experience handling objections
* Located or in commutable distance to Oxford
