Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager – M&A and Projects to join our team. The role offers a salary of £76,100 to £106,400 per annum, depending on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Location and Hours
Locations include Bristol, Halifax, Leeds, London, Edinburgh, Birmingham. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, with a hybrid working pattern involving at least two days per week at the listed hubs.

Team and Opportunities
The Consumer Products Sourcing Team within Consumer, Professional Services & Special Projects (C, PS & SP) is on an exciting growth path. You will play a key role in supporting third-party activities related to the group’s M&A/divestment activities, including recent acquisitions like MBNA, Embark, and Tusker. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives and organizational growth.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead sourcing processes, including contract negotiations and supplier selection to leverage economies of scale.
* Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, influencing business priorities.
* Understand third-party implications within M&A environments and conduct due diligence.
* Analyze data, prepare proposals, and influence senior stakeholders.
* Identify best practices and respond to environmental changes to secure value.
* Ensure contractual risk mitigation and track financial benefits against targets.
* Drive the vision of Group Sourcing and Supplier Management.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in sourcing processes, negotiations, and supplier management.
* Knowledge of M&A third-party considerations.
* Data-driven decision-making experience.
* Experience in Financial Services is advantageous.
