Category (Insight) Manager - Grocery & OOH Channels
Package : £50k + 9k Car, 15% Bonus
Location: 1-2 days in the office, Bedfordshire

Reporting to the Head of Category & Insight, the role will be responsible for and not limited to:
* Building and implementing category strategies aligned with business strategy
* Identifying gaps in the market and opportunities for growth through market and consumer insight
* Generating actionable insights out of multiple data sources including Neilson, shopper data and other syndicated data sources as well as commissioning bespoke research when required
* Acting as a strategic partner to commercial and marketing teams, leveraging multiple data sources to support decision making through actionable insight, strategic reviews and category initiatives
* Building strong relationships with key customers in retail and OOH channels, providing regular range reviews, category insight, and recommendations to drive joint business plans
