As the Revenue Operations Manager at Codat, you will report into the Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead and you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial team. You will be responsible for managing our tech stack, generating insightful reports and analytics, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing our revenue generation processes. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage our tech stack, including Salesforce, Hubspot, marketing automation and other revenue-related tools. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Product, to drive alignment and efficiency in revenue operations. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity, pipeline management, and revenue growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and analytics. What you'll bring to the team Demonstrable in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role. Proficiency in Salesforce and other revenue-related tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
