Your will be working as part of a team at a meat processing plant, handling red and white meat. Knowledge of meat cuts is desirable. Duties could include handling carcasses, removing bones, sawing, cutting, dicing, mincing meat, sharpening, cleaning knives and operating cutting machinery. Good hygiene awareness is required and expected to complete a relevant food safety course. Good hand-eye coordination is desirable to establish a good connection between the eyes and the hand. Experience is preferred but not compulsory as all necessary training will be provided to successful candidate.
