We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant front of house team at Gara Rock Hotel: a stunning coastal hotel and restaurant known for its exceptional food, relaxed atmosphere, and breathtaking sea views.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant
* Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
* Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
* Manage team rotas and labour costs
* Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier management
* Support the business in achieving sales and profitability targets

* Previous experience in restaurant management or senior supervisory role
