We are excited to be able to offer the opportunity to join the Housing, Transportation and Public Protection team working in an administrative role for Business Support Team.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to delivering a quality service to this busy and diverse customer facing service.
You should have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt in a busy and changing environment.
We are seeking someone who is customer focussed, has excellent communications skills, and has experience of call handling or similar customer contact work.
Confidentiality and ability to deal with sensitive matters is required as is the ability to work as a part of a team
