Job description
Our client, a leading name in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Resolving technical support queries predominantly around MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
2. Working from an ITSM tool, using ITIL processes
3. Collaborating with service desk colleagues and working within a small group of business systems specialists
4. Occasionally supporting incidents/P1s sometimes at unsociable hours
5. Escalating issues to systems integrators and other third-party support partners when necessary
6. Identifying and implementing improvements using knowledge of D365 BC
7. Supporting BC enhancement and change projects, delivering training, guiding and documenting testing pre and post-release
8. Identifying opportunities for enhancing Business Central and proposing changes with management support
9. Supporting pre and post-implementation testing activities on enhancements and releases
10. Providing guidance and training to Radley's teams through standard operating procedures for all routine BC tasks
Job Requirements:
11. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail
12. Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
13. Effective communication skills at all levels, able to present complex data to various audiences
14. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and in team settings
15. Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, users, and peers
16. Adaptability to change and challenges with a flexible approach to work
17. Excellent communication and documentation skills, including good training abilities
Preferred Experience:
18. Experience in a Retail Head Office environment is essential
19. Hands-on experience of at least 3 years with D365 BC support, preferably in a retail setting
20. Knowledge of Finance, Buying and Merchandising, Logistics, and Warehousing is advantageous
21. Strong understanding of ERP analytics solutions
22. Knowledge of JSON/XML, AIS, LogicApps, PowerBI, T-SQL is beneficial
