The role of HR Advisor is all about working with key stakeholders and colleagues within the business to cover people-related matters this means managing employee relations cases to ensure a fair and consistent approach. Join us, and youll gain exposure to a complex business and provide a high level of support to various stakeholders on a range of cases. We need your experience and knowledge of managing employee relations cases; youll support the team and the business with your flexibility. This role is based at the Burnley office.
Responsibilities

* Support the HR team and the business with your flexibility, helping manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
* Experience advising stakeholders, strong prior HR experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Organised, adaptable and a great communicator with resilience and a can-do attitude.
