We're looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Construction team based in Bristol.
Location: Bristol
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
Responsibilities
As a Senior Administrator, no two days are the same. You will be responsible for supporting our operations at our Bristol offices.
This fast-paced role involves a variety of challenging administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
* First Aider & Fire Marshall for the office
* Support for all visitors, internal & external
* Assist in managing meeting room & desk bookings, liaising between different department needs
* Handle travel arrangements including hotels, trains, and venue hire
* Procurement of stationery & consumables for daily office operations
* Monthly checks of first aid kits, defibrillators, and fire extinguishers
* Raising new starters for IT equipment
* Ordering new & replacement PPE
* Handle internal & external correspondence, including emails and phone calls
* Manage receipt of deliveries
* Ensure Contact & Project directory is always up to date
* Ensure all company information boards are current
* Assist with events
* Provide general support to Regional PA, office-based & site staff
Who are we looking for?
Applicants should have previous administration experience and be fully proficient with MS Office packages. Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential.
