Join Our Team as a Program Manager – Finance!

About the Role:
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping finance-related projects across GEDU entities? As a Program Manager – Finance, you will be at the forefront of planning and executing impactful projects. This role is all about collaboration—working closely with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and our dedicated teams in Noida to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to post-implementation support, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and workflows, working alongside IT and third-party vendors.
* Documentation & Monitoring: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports. Keep a close eye on project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.
* Status Reporting: Prepare and present project status updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
* Compliance Assurance: Ensure all projects align with financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls.
* Resource Management: Effectively manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Data Management: Facilitate data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* User Support: Provide training and change management support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition.
What We’re Looking For:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
* Experience: Proven project management experience, particularly in finance-related projects.
* Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working with UNIT 4 Finance modules.
* Background in ERP implementations or upgrades.
* Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance frameworks.
