The role:
* Lifting Engineer or Inspector
* Full-time or Part-time
* Permanent
* Competitive salary
* Midlands: Netherton or Minworth depot
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough examinations of lifting equipment, such as cranes, hoists, slings, chains, and other accessories, in compliance with LOLER and PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations).
* Perform regular and on-demand inspections to identify potential defects or safety issues.
* Prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports, including assessments of equipment safety and compliance.
* Travel to client sites to carry out inspections, which may involve working in challenging environments or at height.
About you:
* LEEA Certification or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of LOLER, PUWER, and associated regulations is desirable
* Experience inspecting lifting equipment in industries such as construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas is desirable
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
