We have mixed role position working within the office Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm however you will also be required to go out on care calls outside these hours to meet the needs of the business and work alternate weekends
Your pay is salaried as specified however you are paid extra outside of hours as overtime for care calls. This meets the national minimum wage as follows:
16 – 17 years old - Monday to Friday £7.55 per hour, after 7pm £8.05 per hour and weekends £8.55 per hour but after 7pm £9.05 per hour
18 – 20 years old - Monday to Friday £10.00 per hour, after 7pm £10.50 per hour and weekends £11.00 per hour but after 7pm £11.50 per hour
Over 21 - Monday to Friday £12.21 per hour, after 7pm £12.60 per hour and weekends £13.00 per hour but after 7pm £13.50 per hour
Travel time is also paid outside of office hours
Job responsibilities include:
· General office duties
· Staff rotas
· Archiving files and documents
· Filing
· Working out staffs mileage
· Responsible for having the on-call phone on a rota basis
· Picking up care calls as and when needed and to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications/experience needed:
· Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
· Have experience in working in a busy office environment
· Good organisation / planning skills and the ability to get things done within deadlines
· Able to multi-task, prioritise workload and use own initiative
· RSA 2 or equivalent ie administration qualification
· Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent (experience in attending care calls and completed all mandatory training)
· Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
