Role Overview
Account Associate – Solihull (T2 Building) at Mitie, part of the new Marlowe Environmental Services team at Mitie T2 in Birmingham.
Hours and Location
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm; Mitie – T2 Trinity Park – Solihull – B37 7ES.
Responsibilities
* Prioritise tasks and manage volume of work effectively.
* Monitor customer retention, churn, complaints, and service queries, driving corrective actions when required.
* Review and action pipeline activity, renewals and upsell opportunities.
* Monitor data quality and ensure data and records are correct and up to date.
* Ensure contract renewals are planned, executed and completed in a timely manner.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery is aligned to customer requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong customer relationship management experience or mindset.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Able to manage high volumes of work and adapt to new priorities.
* Understanding of MS Office packages and CRM systems.
* Experience in account management, customer service or sales roles.
* Confident communicator.
* Understanding of water hygiene, water treatment or environmental services is desirable but not necessary.
