We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. This role is ideal for a strong team player with excellent culinary skills and the drive to grow in a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and execution.
* Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and waste management.
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
* Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
* Leadership ability with a hands-on, supportive approach.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
