Responsibilities
* Manage and mentor a small team of Engineers, ensuring quality design output and technical excellence.
* Lead project delivery across multiple sectors, coordinating with internal disciplines and external stakeholders.
* Take ownership of resource planning, balancing workload and team development.
* Oversee project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring profitability.
* Prepare and present proposals, building strong client relationships and supporting business growth.
* Contribute to P&L management, supporting the financial health and expansion of the Manchester office.
What They're Looking For
* Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
* Proven consultancy experience in Building Services, with a track record of leading projects.
* Experience in managing and mentoring engineers at different levels.
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards.
* Commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in proposals, budgeting, and financial oversight.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
