Commercial Property Manager Milton Keynes – travel to sites nationwide Permanent £50,000–£60,000 DOE We are partnering with one of the UK’s most respected regional management companies to appoint a technically minded Commercial Property Manager with surveying knowledge. Prior Commercial Property Management is essential. You will combine hands-on building knowledge with strategic insight to ensure every property is compliant, efficient, and performing at its best. As part of a high-performing Property & Asset Management team, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with surveyors and asset managers, turning technical understanding into tangible results. This role is ideal for someone who has commercial property management experience looking for an exciting new challenge. Commercial Property Manager Key responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspections to assess condition, maintenance, and statutory compliance (H&S, Fire, Asbestos, etc.). Collaborate with surveyors and consultants to plan, procure, and oversee maintenance and capital works. Manage daily operations across a mixed commercial portfolio, driving compliance, cost efficiency, and tenant satisfaction. Prepare and manage service charge budgets - ensuring transparency and value. Build trusted tenant relationships and handle lease compliance and operational queries. Support clients with asset enhancement projects - from refurbishments to lease events. Deliver clear, data-backed portfolio reporting on performance and opportunities to add value. Commercial Property Manager What you will bring: Proven experience in commercial property or estate management, ideally with a surveying or technical focus. Solid grasp of building pathology, maintenance planning, and statutory compliance. Strong understanding of service charges, landlord & tenant law, and property finance. Organised, methodical, and confident juggling multiple sites and stakeholders. A proactive, solution-focused communicator and negotiator.
