Own and deliver the site’s engineering strategy – from CAPEX projects and asset renewal to continuous improvement initiatives. Drive operational excellence through robust PPM and reactive maintenance systems, minimising downtime and boosting efficiency. Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance and best practice at every level. Partner with production, quality, and operations to make sure engineering enables seamless manufacturing performance. Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions that support long-term site success. About You Proven background in Engineering Management within FMCG or Manufacturing. Confident leader with experience managing multi-shift teams and contractors. Strong understanding of Lean, CI, and maintenance best practice. Skilled in budget control, CAPEX delivery, and senior stakeholder engagement.
