Verafind is looking for an ambitious Land Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career, with at least two years industry experience, to be empowered with greater deal-making responsibilities, working closely with landowners, developers, and agents. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial streak. This role will provide hands-on training and development opportunities, with the goal of growing into a more senior position in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying and placing land opportunities with developers.
* Support the appraisal of potential opportunities to assess their viability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and clients.
* Negotiate land transactions under the guidance of senior managers.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, sales, and finance, to support land acquisitions.
* Contribute to the development of land acquisition strategies.
* Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities.

Desired Experience:
* Degree-level education in Real Estate or a related field.
* Min. 2+ years of experience in land acquisition or related sectors.
* Proven track record in deal progression.
* Strong interest in land and property development.
