The Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Law to join our highly successful and collaborative department on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. Law at RSFC consistently achieves excellent results, with a strong track record of adding value and inspiring students to exceed their targets.
As a Teacher Of Law At RSFC, You Will
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the AQA A Level Law specification
* Inspire students to achieve their full academic potential through excellent subject knowledge and creative teaching methods
* Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and resources that stretch, challenge and support learners of all abilities
* Use assessment for learning strategies, regular feedback, and rigorous monitoring to track and enhance student progress
* Support students in developing independent learning skills, critical thinking, and a passion for Law
* Establish positive classroom relationships and maintain a purposeful, respectful and inclusive learning environment
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a good relevant degree and QTS/QTLS (or is willing to work towards this)
* Has a passion for teaching Law and motivating young people to achieve their full potential
* Demonstrates strong classroom practice and innovative teaching approaches
* Values teamwork, collaboration, and continuous professional development
