We are now recruiting for a nights only Clinical Support Worker to join our nursing teams based on Avon Ward at Warwick Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity which will provide you with the foundations of a career route within the healthcare industry.
Your role will be to support and assist healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors and other integrated healthcare professionals in the delivery of quality patient care and the general wellbeing and comfort of patients. You will learn a range of skills from supporting and helping your patients with their individual needs, practical clinical observations to more specialised procedures depending on the areas in which you work.
You will have a mature, caring, compassionate and sensitive manner with a genuine desire and passion to help people. You must have the ability to demonstrate patience and empathy with good practical skills inspiring confidence and trust to all patients. All our support workers need to apply a non-judgmental attitude to care and have a clear understanding of confidentiality.
We are accepting applications for a full time position – working night shifts (plus unsociable hours allowance). The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
