Key Responsibilities:
* Learn to evaluate technical quality documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Assist in coordinating receipt of internal and external documentation to meet customer quality requirements.
* Help produce accurate documentation packs to support on-time delivery of customer products.
* Review vendor documentation and communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance.
* Manage queries and provide timely resolutions to support customer needs.
* Support customers and third-party inspectors both on-site and remotely.
Requirements:
* Interest in engineering or manufacturing.
* Highly organised and eager to learn.
* Customer-focused with a right-first-time mentality.
* Professional and confident attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
