<div><p><b>£31,537 - £33,143</b> salaries plus well‑being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS) and additional Lift Schools benefits.</p><p><b>Permanent, Full Time</b>– 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, starting September 2026.</p><p><b>Location</b>– Lift Maltings, Spinks Lane, Witham, Essex, CM8 1EP, United Kingdom.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>Exams Officer – responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the examination process, ensuring examinations are delivered efficiently, securely and in line with awarding body regulations.</p><h3>In This Role, You Will</h3><ul><li>Manage the full examination cycle, including entries, amendments, withdrawals and liaison with awarding bodies.</li><li>Coordinate examination timetables, student schedules and communication with staff and students.</li><li>Organise examination rooms, seating plans, invigilators and special access arrangements.</li><li>Ensure all examinations are conducted in accordance with JCQ and awarding body regulations.</li><li>Lead and support a team of invigilators, including training and deployment.</li><li>Manage results days, examination certificates, appeals and enquiries about results.</li><li>Coordinate internal examinations, including timetabling, venue management and invigilation arrangements.</li><li>Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, accuracy and compliance throughout the examination process.</li></ul><h3>About Lift Maltings</h3><p>Lift Maltings is an 11–16 school based in Witham, Essex.
