This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Health and Care Consultancy team and apply your expertise to shape the wider success of our team. This is the perfect role for individuals who want to perform hands on activities in their product area of expertise, as well as performing people management. Sitting within the team the Team Leader will be responsible for managing the software solutions falling into the area of Health and Care and responsible for developing, coaching and managing Solutions Consultants. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the day to day solutions activities across our Health and Care suite of products. Lead & Manage Team Manage and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Allocate resources effectively across projects to optimise utilisation and delivery. Act as the escalation point for delivery issues and support career growth within the team. Drive Operational Excellence Ensure adherence to project governance, methodology, and quality standards. Collaborate on forecasting, capacity planning, and utilisation reporting. Lead proactive health check programs to uncover unmet needs and scope billable work. Act as a Product Partner: support beta sites, test features, and co-create documentation. Build feedback loops between customers, PS, Support, and Product to accelerate innovation. Support configuration rebuilds and upgrades based on real-world findings. Deliver Billable Work Execute complex implementations or strategic engagements requiring senior expertise. Maintain a defined percentage of billable hours (target: 40% maximum). Act as a subject matter expert for critical projects. Engage Stakeholders Work closely with PS leadership, Sales, Partners, and Product teams. Participate in customer meetings for escalations, planning, and strategic discussions. Proven experience in Professional Services delivery within healthcare or technology sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching and resource planning. Ability to balance operational leadership with hands-on delivery in complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Familiarity with project governance frameworks and PS financial metrics (utilisation, margin). Experience in driving process improvements, documentation, and testing practices. Knowledge of product lifecycle collaboration, including beta testing and feedback loops. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalations and strategic accounts.
