We have an opportunity for 16 hours, currently supporting 7 clients in their own homes between Shoebury & Leigh-On-Sea, so a driver with access to their own vehicle is required for this role. Please note, travel time is paid instead of mileage.
Due to the client group needs, there is a genuine occupational requirement for a female support assistant.
Support is currently delivered as below:
* Tuesday 9-4:30
* Wednesday 10-4
* Thursday 9-1:30
Flexibility is needed for hours between Monday - Friday 9-5 with occasional weekends, as the above is subject to change based on service users' needs.
Having recently secured new care packages, there is potential for an increase in hours (if desired).

Full training will be provided. Someone new to the sector can fulfill this role following a successful interview, and we will support the successful applicant to complete the Care Certificate during their probation.
