Hyde is looking to recruit an Administrator to join our Property Services Team, based in Chichester. This is a part-time role (21 hrs per week) with flexibility on how hours are split across the week.

As an Administrator, you will provide proactive and flexible administrative support across a range of property services, ensuring excellent customer service. You will handle customer enquiries relating to works orders and act as an escalation point for property repair issues.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer enquiries relating to property services.
Act as escalation contact for customers experiencing property repair issues.
Support with diary management and coordination across the team.
Assist with damp and mould cases, ensuring proper follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for tracking and reporting.
Work with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth resolution of repairs.
Skills and Experience
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word ideally intermediate level).
Confident liaising between customers, customer services, and contractors.
Proactive, quick learner who can use initiative and manage own workload.
