Job Description CNC Miller Location: Oxfordshire Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 TEC Partners is recruiting an experienced CNC Miller to join its clients precision machining team. This is a hands-on role producing high-quality components to tight tolerances in a clean, professional, and well-equipped workshop. The Role Produce precision components using CNC milling machines Work from engineering drawings and technical documentation Manufacture parts to tight tolerances and high-quality finishes Inspect and sign off your own work using measuring equipment Complete quality and inspection documentation Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working area Support continuous improvement and best practice on the shop floor What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a CNC Miller Experience working on 3, 4 & 5-axis milling machines Familiar with Heidenhain controls (Fanuc beneficial) Able to work to tight tolerances (around 20 microns) Experience machining large components (up to 2.5m) advantageous Confident using precision measuring equipment Reliable, flexible, and quality-driven Interested?
