Position: Outdoor Lead
We’re looking for an Outdoor Lead ready to spark imaginations and support children’s thriving at Kids Planet Haywards Heath.

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional care and education in line with EYFS, supporting each child’s individual needs both indoors and outdoors
* Create a safe, playful and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning
* Build warm, trusting relationships with families through open, supportive communication, involving them in their child’s development and outdoor experiences
Qualifications
* Passion for the outdoors
* Minimum Level 3 qualification
* Excellent understanding of EYFS
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
* Leadership experience desirable
Safeguarding & Training
An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this role. All staff must complete regular safeguarding training and hold a Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate. Safeguarding training is fundamental to every role at Kids Planet.
