A fast-growing eCommerce marketplace that’s scaling rapidly across international markets are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team in Liverpool Street. With a vibrant and engaged customer base, they're focused on delivering exceptional experiences—from product discovery to long-term retention.
You’ll take ownership of their CRM strategy from planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that engage customers and drive loyalty. From onboarding to post-purchase, you’ll shape the full lifecycle journey through targeted email marketing and segmentation. You will lead a team of 2 and will look to grow the team further.
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute engaging CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to retention.
* Develop and refine automated workflows that deliver the right message at the right time.
* Use segmentation and behavioural data to personalise campaigns and improve relevance.
* Collaborate with brand, content, design, and product teams to ensure emails are aligned, impactful, and on-brand.
* Set clear campaign goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing and experimentation.
* Analyse customer data to surface insights and inform future CRM strategy.
* Share learnings across the team to help shape broader marketing and product decisions.
Experience
* A blend of creative instinct and analytical thinking—you know how to tell a story and optimise a funnel.
* Proven experience delivering engaging email campaigns that go beyond conversions.
* Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
* Strong copywriting skills—your emails sound human, clear, and on-brand.
* Solid organisation and project management skills.
* A collaborative, team-first attitude with great communication skills.
