Job Description
Our Stafford site have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their friendly team on a full time permanent basis.
This position will support the Transport department by providing effective administrative support.
Working hours:Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Salary:£26,825 per annum.
Key Duties of a Transport Administrator:
1. Administration and data entry to maintain the Companys systems for WTD and tachograph rules and regulations.
2. Monitoring and maintaining records for agency drivers, processing invoices using SAP and keeping accurate records of agencies terms and conditions.
3. Inputting and monitoring drivers holidays and sickness absence, maintaining the time-keeping and attendance system and processing sick notes.
4. Regularly updating the WTD system, ensuring the data is up to date and accurate.
5. Creating and providing daily reports to the Transport department regarding tachograph information.
