Their digital platform streamlines note-taking and ensures no detail is missed, empowering care homes to focus on what matters most -people. The Role As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the driving force behind new business growth. Your focus will be on outbound prospecting, connecting with key decision-makers at residential care homes across the UK, and booking qualified appointments for senior sales executives to close our newly launching AI platform. What You’ll Do: Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. Use lead generation tools to identify and engage potential prospects. Build relationships with decision-makers and uncover their pain points. Add value at the top of the sales funnel and maintain a healthy pipeline. Keep CRM systems up to date and ensure accurate reporting. Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to help deals cross the finish line. What We’re Looking For Target-driven individuals who thrive on hitting goals and earning commission. 1 year SDR experience in a B2B environment. A passion for mastering the art of cold calling and outbound sales. Resilient, coachable, and curious professionals who love learning.
