£30,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE + Overtime at x1.5 and x2 on weekends

Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my client is looking to hire a skilled fabricator that they can develop quickly into a senior hydraulic engineer and reward them financially upon successful completion of their training.
The successful candidate will be involved in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of bespoke equipment and machinery in their purpose-built, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Taunton. You will be working with high-profile clients across some of the most regulated engineering sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear and Marine.
This role will also require you to attend customer premises for the occasional install or servicing of a piece of equipment / machinery that has been built on my client's premises. This will give you exposure to working on some high-profile projects, whilst full expenses and overtime is covered to make this an enjoyable part of the role. The majority of your time will be workshop based in Taunton.
This is an extremely exciting role for a motivated fabricator looking to progress their career within a well-established company at the forefront of their sector. You will have the opportunity to increase your earning potential through overtime, which will be paid at x1.5 on weekdays and Saturday mornings, plus overtime paid at double time on Saturday afternoons and Sundays.

The Role:
*hydraulic engineering, fabricating, assembling, and installing specialist equipment and machinery
*Working with clients across the Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear and Marine sectors
*Full training and development provided, with a clear progression path into senior roles
The Candidate:
*Able to read and work from engineering drawings
*Background in Fabrication / Welding - Essential
*Previous experience working with hydraulics would be great, however, this is NOT essential
