The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing, developing, and executing care plans for a diverse range of patients, as well as working in specialist clinical areas such as wound care. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, HCPC registration, and experience in the NHS. The role requires excellent communication and clinical skills, along with the ability to travel independently across Gateshead.
