We're working with a highly regarded and growing firm looking to recruit an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their team in Cambridgeshire.

The Role
You’ll join a well-established Commercial Property team and take on a varied and high-quality caseload, with real scope to develop your expertise and play a key role in the team’s continued growth.
The position is ideally suited to someone confident managing their own matters while building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
* Advising on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting the growth and success of the wider Commercial team
* Contributing to business development and networking activities
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
* Experience handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial property matters
* A proactive and client-focused approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A genuine interest in contributing to team growth and development
