We’re looking for a visionary Statistical Forecaster to join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team. This is your chance to turn data into decisions, forecast trends, and shape the future of garden care across 20+ countries.
What You’ll Do:
* Build and refine statistical models using SAP IBP, R, and Python
* Segment SKUs and apply tailored forecasting strategies
* Monitor KPIs like MAPE and forecast bias
* Run simulations to test demand scenarios
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain
* Lead training and support adoption of forecasting tools
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or similar
* 3–5+ years in forecasting, demand planning, or analytics
* Proficiency in SAP IBP, SAC, BW, and Excel
* Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and change agent
