The IT Technician Role We’re seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician with 1-2 years of experience to deliver first-class technical support across networking, hardware, software, and cloud systems. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory & Group Policy Manage user accounts, network connectivity and Wi-Fi Build, configure, and deploy end-user devices (including MS Surface via Intune) Provide day-to-day IT & AV support to staff and students Maintain software images, antivirus, and OS updates Support Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365 environments About You 1–2 years’ experience in an IT support role Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and Active Directory Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Customer-focused with strong attention to detail Experience in an educational environment is a bonus Why Apply?
