Your new role This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months, with the potential for it to be extended. Effectively responding to queries via email and inbound calls. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Update all customer\'s accounts with housing benefit award details, amending direct debits and payment arrangements as and when required. Maintaining and updating CRM systems. Scanning and filing to maintain and amend documents. General administration duties include ad-hoc project work. What you\'ll need to succeed Previous experience within Administration / Customer Service. Proficient with IT and Microsoft Packages. Strong attention to detail. Professional and organised. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Positive work ethic.
