About the role
As a Young Adult Autism Support Worker, you’ll build positive, trusting relationships with young adults, supporting them to develop independence, confidence and life skills. What matters most is that you are:
8. Patient, calm and resilient
9. Friendly, approachable and compassionate
10. Passionate about helping young people thrive
11. Reliable and committed to making a difference
12. Able to build trust and positive relationships
