Salary: Base up to £41,000 + OTE £50,000
Training Location: Staples Corner or Enfield

Day in the Life of a Store Manager

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience managing and coaching a sales team in a consultative environment
* Telesales experience is an advantage
* A natural leader who thrives under pressure and loves hitting targets
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt between telesales and face‑to‑face
* Detail‑driven, resilient, and hungry for success
* Must be able to commute to Harrow
