Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Director, located in Nottinghamshire. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director, managing schedules and appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling daily correspondence. The Personal Assistant will also execute clerical and organisational tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient time management for the Director.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
Experience in Diary Management and scheduling complex calendars.
Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with attention to detail and organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Previous experience in a similar role within Construction or House Building is a plus.
