Our organization manages online teachers for client schools/companies. Teachers can work from home or from our teaching centres. We offer TEFL certification and additional courses through the Inspire Academy.
Position Details
* Start Date: Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process
* Teaching Hours: Peak hours Monday to Sunday 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time. Extra hours on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 AM and 7 PM Beijing time
* Students: Kids aged 4-11 years based in China
* Class duration: 25 and 55 minutes (one-on-one)
* Remuneration: Base rate of 12 USD per hour
* Contract type: Independent Service Provider with The Really Great Teacher Company
* Location: Work from home
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging English lessons to kids
* Create a dynamic and fun classroom environment
* Lead discussions, assess student performance, and provide feedback and grading of homework
Ideal Profile
Minimum Qualifications
* Completed Bachelor's Degree or higher (any field)
* Accredited 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or TEYL
* 2 years of teaching experience
* English first language speakers from the USA, Canada or UK
* Computer literate with a clear criminal record
* Engaging and inspiring communication skills
* Punctual and precise timekeeping

Tech Requirements
* PC: Intel Core i5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM or greater
* Backup power: UPS with 4-5 hours battery life (2000VA)
* Internet: Stable fiber connection, minimum 20 Mbps upload/download
* Accessories: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet teaching environment
