We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

ALEC FITOUT is hiring sharp Site Engineers to deliver fit-out projects that blend luxury with innovation. If you’re driven, experienced, and ready for the UAE’s biggest challenges, this is your next move.
* Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT project located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
* The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
* Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for UAE.
Your Role:
* Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
* Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
* Monitor and enforce quality control, ensuring premium finishes and precise execution of all design elements.
* Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
* Track progress, resolve issues, and keep management updated on key project milestones.
What You’ll Need:
* 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
* Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
* Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.

* Joinery & Carpentry
