About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding)
* Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence
* Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes
* Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship
Requirements
* Kind, compassionate, and team‑oriented individuals
* Previous experience desired but not required – full training provided
* Flexibility for shifts, including weekends
