A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor operates a number of long‑term electrical and energy frameworks across the London Boroughs. The company has a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their team in Sizewell.
The Role
* Report to the Contracts Director and lead teams to deliver results.
* Maintain existing assets.
* Manage schemes.
* Monitor and administer contracts, working with QS's to manage costs.
* Drive performance improvement in relation to safety, promoting a zero tolerance towards accidents.
* Lead and ensure delivery of the contract.
* Deliver contract budget and forecast.
* Develop and maintain key client relationships.
* Drive performance improvements within the contract and share best practice across the business.
Experience Required
* Experience as a Contracts Manager within the energy and electrical team.
* Knowledge of Construction, Design & Management (CDM) regulations.
* Knowledge of network management (NRWSA), permitting systems and the framework of the energy and electrical sector.
* Health & Safety IOSH or equivalent certified.
* IT literate – Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
* CSCS Qualification.
* SMSTS / IOSH or equivalent certified.
* LNKD1_UKTJ.
