Harrisons Private Client Solutions is a specialist firm providing expert support in Genealogy, Property, Wills & Probate, and Asset Discovery. We work with private clients, legal professionals, and institutions to deliver clear, accurate, and compassionate solutions during sensitive and often complex matters.
We are looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our case managers and consultants across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth workflow across genealogy, property, wills & probate, and asset discovery matters.
* Handle incoming correspondence (email, phone, and post) with professionalism and discretion.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and case files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards.
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and client communications.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third-party organisations in a clear and professional manner.
* Support research activities by gathering, organising, and verifying information.
* Assist with scheduling, diary management, and coordination of meetings.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role (professional services or legal background advantageous).
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with case management or database systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a professional and confidential manner.
* A proactive and supportive team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5.30pm
