Property Services Coordinator – £28,000 - £32,000 plus overtime - Manchester (Training Provided)
Location: Manchester & Cheshire area
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (occasional Saturdays, time off in lieu or overtime)

We’re an independent property services company working with leading estate agents, housing associations and private landlords. As we expand across Manchester and Cheshire, we’re looking for a reliable and organised Property Services Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role combines field visits with home-based admin. You’ll carry out inventories, check-ins, check-outs and mid-term inspections, meeting tenants and agents at properties. You’ll also review reports, liaise with head office and help schedule appointments. Light cleaning and flushing of vacant properties may be required to prepare homes for new tenants.
Full training is provided, including use of our iPad-based reporting system.
Requirements:
* Background in lettings or property management (inventory experience helpful)
* Excellent written English and attention to detail
* Confident using iPads and digital tools
* Professional, self-motivated and well organised
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
