About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead the UK expansion of our smart electrical product range (Smart MCB / RCBO / energy solutions).
This is a rare opportunity to build a new category from the ground up in a traditional industry undergoing rapid transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive new business across the UK electrical market
* Build relationships with wholesalers, installers, and contractors
* Develop and manage distribution partners
* Identify and close key projects (residential, commercial, energy solutions)
* Work closely with internal teams on product positioning and GTM strategy
* Represent the brand at industry events and customer meetings
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience in:
* Electrical products (MCB / RCBO / distribution systems), or
* Smart home / energy / EV / solar sectors
* Strong network within UK electrical wholesalers or contractor ecosystem
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from scratch
* Excellent communication and commercial skills
